Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your order PRIOR to shipment time, we will give you a full refund. If you cancel AFTER we ship, and we followed your instructions, you will be CHARGED the freight portion on your bill PLUS a 35% restocking fee on any items returned and the cost of UPS return freight. Any item returned MUST be in its original packaging, unopened in any way, or NO credit will be issued.

Any order for items $40 or less returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address will receive No Credit.

Shipping Information

Orders must be received by 4:30pm to be shipped same day. No Saturday or Sunday shipments. Saturday delivery is available as an additional option for Overnight Deliveries only.We are located just outside of Chicago and we ship UPS ground. For those packages being sent in the Midwest, delivery time is usually 1 - 2 days. For deliveries on either coast, please allow 3-5 days shipping. Please DO NOT

We ship all packages to the addresses provided. In the event that we are given incorrect shipping information, a charge of $10 will be added to your bill. This charge is what WE pay UPS to correct and redirect the package to its proper destination.

All orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged an extra $20 for ground shipping. Free shipping to these locations means no ADDITIONAL Charge, but the $20 minimum will be charged.

CANADIAN shipments sent by UPS GROUND service take an average of 4-5 days to reach their destination. This includes a minimum of one day to clear Canadian Customs. For quicker delivery, you MUST choose PREMIUM SHIPPING which will expedite your order and it will arrive within 2 days in most cases.

CANADIAN customs charges vary by Province & Item sent. You MAY BE CHARGED for CUSTOMS & BROKERAGE FEES. We have absolutely NO CONTROL over these charges. They are what WE pay CANADIAN CUSTOMS to get your shipment cleared. We will bill your Credit Card when we receive our UPS bill for any Customs & Brokerage Fees.
